Signing In

I can’t sign in – it keeps saying my details aren’t recognised

  • Check you’ve entered your email address correctly.
  • Check the email address you’re using is registered with us.
  • If you can’t remember your password or the one you’re entering isn’t accepted, enter your email address and click the Email Password button to have your password emailed to you.
  • If you still can't sign in, please contact us and we’ll find out why.

I want to change my password

  • Sign in as normal, then click the Change Password button and follow the instructions.
  • Your new password must be at least 8 letters and we recommend you don’t use dictionary words or names, and you include at least one number to make it harder to guess.
  • Remember your password protects data belonging to you and others in your organisation – choose it carefully, don’t use one that could easily be guessed, and don’t tell anyone else what it is.
